Return & Refund Policy for Items Purchased Online
If you want to make a return:
- Notify us within three (3) days of receiving your item (Call or Email)
- A credit will be issued to you the day we receive the item back
Modified or Altered Items
MODIFIED, DAMAGED, OR ALTERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS.

- We do not sell, rent or disclose, our customers’ names, addresses, email addresses, or any other personal information of any kind to any entity outside of Lilliane’s Jewelry except to process your order and ship to you, unless required by law.

- We do share limited specific information to third parties (such as Federal Express, UPS, the United State Postal Service, and our insurance provider) in order to expedite the transport of your purchases.

- Google Analytics demographics and interest data may be collected for your visit. This data cannot be personally linked back to you and will only be used to gather statistics to improve your website experience.
